Il Volterrano is the largest apartment in the farmhouse, being able to comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people. In fact, it occupies the entire first floor of the farmhouse and is accessed from the private staircase which starts from the facade of the house.

This apartment in the farmhouse has a large terrace, partially covered by a pergola. It overlooks the splendid panorama of the Cecina River Valley, with the ancient city of Volterra in the background. From the terrace a second staircase leads into the garden and along a short path you reach the swimming pool.
The ‘Volterrano’ apartment consists of a large kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom with bathroom, a second twin bedroom with bathroom, a third twin bedroom and bathroom in the corridor and an additional bedroom-living room with two sofa beds.
The kitchen / living room and one bedroom lead directly to the terrace.
The ceilings with exposed beams, the parquet floor, the large fireplace and the furnishing made with old Tuscan furniture are the stylistic features of this apartment.
The living room is made extremely comfortable by many other factors such as the presence of adjustable independent heating in each room, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and abundant kitchen facilities.
In the bedrooms, thinking about your comfort, we made very comfortable beds, covered with coloured fabrics.
The stay in the “Fontemorsi” farmhouse includes weekly cleaning of the apartments and weekly change of linen and towels, both for the bathrooms and the swimming pool.
