The organic white wine Tresassi Bianco is produced with Chardonnay and Viognier grapes that we grow in a 1.5 hectare vineyard.
It has an intense yellow colour with green reflections, is medium-bodied with an alcohol content of 12.5-13 degrees.
It smells intensely of fruit and on the palate is fresh, very savoury and persistent.
The vinification is in steel at controlled temperature with fresh grapes, harvested in the early hours of the morning, with short maceration on the skins.
It is bottled the spring following the harvest.
We produce about 6,000 bottles.
